We Shall Sail Together

This is a really tough thing for me to do, but I'm leaving this friend group out of the protection for my own mental health and well-being. I am struggling with issues of validation in friendships and overwhelming depression that has me lying awake at 3-5am and it is starting to affect me more than I can handle.

Since this group isn't super "active", per se, all this really means is that I will no longer be going into TeamSpeak or the group's Discord, no questions asked. I will still keep the people that I have added within this group, but I will not participate in any group-associated activites unless asked first -- but again, I will not go into the group's TeamSpeak or Discord.

This change may be temporary, as I may change my mind, but I'd appreciate respect for my mental health for this to be taken seriously and for you guys to let me be at peace and try to get better on my own mentally.

It's been a fun few years, and I dearly hope that when or if I get better that things can be normal for me again and I will no longer feel the need to seek out validation within my close friendships and just be happy being friends.
