Unban Captain Walmsley from the Scrapheap servers.

Basically, Captain Walmsley was provoked into a bannable act through harrassment with turrets and explosives, name calling, and bullying. At the time Walmsley was building peacefully, but eventually could take no more and attacked his tormentors in self defence. He was then banned for it.

The purpose of this group is to support Walmsley, and to get his ban revoked.

As a prominent member of the Scrapheap community, Captain Walmsley would be greatly missed, and his banning would negatively affect the community.
