People With Natural Experience

After our last few matches I think what we're lacking is Unit Coherence.

While the other teams stick together and move as a unit, we tend to be a bit split up and get killed off as individuals by larger groups no single class could handle. So we're gonna be grouping up into coherent units, with dedicated tasks. As well as introducing some terminology.

Terminology: PAR - Peek, Attack, Retreat/Relocate/Regroup
(PAR is almost always in effect for Sniper, unless the situation can be heavily ifluenced with gentle sprinkling of Jarate)

Wrecking ball: Heavy, Medic, Soldier and maybe Demoman.
- This groups is dedicated to attack and destroying sentry nests and breaking the enemy defence, or their spines.
- This group SHOULD ALWAYS BE TOGETHER, if people start dying, break off the attack and fall back and try to go on the defensive. Remember "PAR".
- Heavy is a very directional class, with a very large ass. While the heavy is shooting up front, the rest should be keeping an eye on the rear and providing fire-support.
- The medic should always try to keep 360 security when the heavy is engaged or there is a standstill in combat. A blind team is a dead team.

Home Team: Pyro and Engineer
- This team is all about keeping our points and intel safe, or in attack or payload, keeping everyone at the front.
- Pyro should always be spy-checking for the engineer
- Engineer should be helping by standing on their sentry and keeping an eye open.
- The Wrangler sucks for everything but MvM
- Use gunslinger for attack/payload.
- TELEPORTERS ARE IMPORTANT.

Harassment: Spy, Sniper, and Scout
- This is the most flexible team. They're supposed to hit, kill one or two, and get out. Or when dealing with groups, hit once, and leave. Even distracting for 5 seconds, is 5 extra seconds for respawn or positioning.
- These classes work best when the enemy is distracted. when the Enemy heavy and medic are shooting at other people, they aren't watching their backs for spies and scouts.
- These guys always shoot for PAR
- Telling these guys where what part of the enemy team is, is very important, and can break a large attack.

GENERAL ADVICE
Communication is important. If you have a mic, use it.
If you need a particular weapon, Say so, weapons are cheap and unlimited. Our matches and time are not.
Keep everyone aware of what is going on where, if you see an enemy on our battlements, or in some hidey-hole, say something.

INDIVIDUAL CLASS ADVICE

Soldier - Rocket jumping is IMPORTANT. IT DISTRACTS THE ENEMY AND BUYS TIME. Use to jump over people's heads or get a surprise attack from above. It can also help you get away from things faster than any Escape Plan.

Heavy - Pay attention to your medic, and your ass. A little window with your medics name and health doesn't pop up for no reason.

Medic - Always stay away from the enemies bullets. Hide around corners, or worse case scenario, Using the heavy as a shield.

Sniper - Headshots are nice, 100 damage is nice too. Better to go for anything, than to go for a jackpot. Shoot for the body if they know you're there, and leave.
Target Medic's in particular.

Always remember, PAR.

If things are goin south, get out of there. Go for PAR
