Death and bankruptcy for ubisoft!

By joining this group, anyone can confirm that he is at least annoyed by ubisoft and it's policy.
For me personaly the most obvious crime of ubisoft against gaming world is what it made with heroes of might and magic tbs franchise. I believed ubisoft didn't fail heroes 5 only due to the strong resistance of heroes 5 developers - as we can see by heroes 6 and 7, not all developers possess such immense strength. I believe that ubisoft has a spirit of thiefs - they do take great money from players and do not spent much of them on actual game developing, as we can see for example in heroes 6 and 7 cases.
I believe that bankruptcy of ubisoft not only would free some franchises for more honorable organisations, but it also would clean the informational space of gaming world so that it would be easier to rise up for those who can actually give something for game development instead of sucking off life from strong game franchises.
