Unfortunately Scar went into withdrawal today. Going two weeks without a proper computer was too much for him to handle. He now classified as mentally ill and very unstable. If you see him do not approach him, go and call the authorities. Scar is reported to have spits of fevered laughter and can and will set most everything on fire. If you see anyone exhibiting these qualities it’s probably him and if it’s not the police should handle it anyway. For your safety please follow these rules.
