First focus game : Unreal Tournament 2004.

We will be testing our game servers first on this Friday 22nd as you can see between Schedueled Events. This is mainly to stress test the server connection and to get to know the people a bit. Hope to see you there!

In the near future sponsored events - solo events as well as team events - will be organised with prizes for the winners / winning teams.

If you want to prepare early in regards of team sizes will vary between 4-5 per event of Unreal Tournament. People who want to attend events don't need to be members of the Steam group but it is preferable until a more permanent web solution is ready to handle the organisation of events.


Information about Gametypes:

Deathmatch [DM]
_________________________

- Free for all, kill or be killed. Timed matches, person who has most kills at the end of the match wins. If two people are on same amounts there is overtime until tie is settled.


Team Deathmatch [TDM]

- Same as deathmatch but done in two teams at a time. Timed matches, team who has most kills at the end of the match wins. If teams are on same amounts there is overtime until tie is settled. Friendly Fire is disabled.

Capture the Flag [CTF]
_________________________

- Two teams are settled at opposite side of the maps in usually mirrored environment where the goal is to infiltrate the enemy base, steal the flag and bring it back to your base while defending your own flag from being taken. Team who brings the flag back to the base while their flag is still there, scores a point. Timed match, in case of a tie overtime extends until tie is settled.

Double Domination [DOM]

- There are two points on the map which have to be both secured by the teams. The team that controls both points at same time for 10 seconds scores a point. Timed match, in case of a tie overtime extends until tie is settled.

Bombing Run [BR]
_________________________

- Teams start at opposide sides in usually a mirrored environment. The ball starts in the center of the map. The goal of the game is to bring the ball to the enemy goal and score. There are 2 ways to score. Throwing the ball in (3 points), or jumping through the goal (7 points) which kills you in process - while carrying the ball the carrier can't shoot. Timed match, in case of a tie overtime extends until tie is settled.

Assault [AS]

- Teams re-enact battles from history by taking on daring missions. One team attacks, the other one defends. The roles switch when all objectives are done or time elapses. The one who does all objectives faster wins. If all objectives are not done in time the amount of objectives done decides the winner.
