First, I need you guys to start reading the watchlist more often. Even if I've been a bit lax with the official "phase" evaluation system, I need you all to regularly provide opinions on Delta candidates, so I can tell whether I can pass them for any sort of evaluation.

Secondly, I'd like everyone in this group currently in Delta to at least try to maintain communication, such as about procedures. If you are not confident in doing a procedure on your own, you can always ask someone in this group to come on and assist.

Finally, there's an ROT coming up in the near future for Delta personnel and those needing brushing up on Medical skills. I'm debating having a general session, and then an advanced session, which would host topics that should be covered but would only be an issue for trained Deltas.
