Close Combat:

Bash- Five hits only, 1 minute Cooldown.
Final Hit- Banned
Wind Gaurd- Limited to use, no longer than 15 seconds.

Archery: Try not to spam more than 3 shots, 30 second Cooldown.
AR- Limited to use, 1 minute Cooldown.
Final Shot- Limited to use, no longer than 15 seconds.
Mirrage Missle- Banned.
Spider Shot- Limited to use 2 minute Cooldown.

Magic:
Mana Shield- Banned
Snap Cast- Twice
Bolt- Try not to spam
Int Magic (Thunder, Fireball, Icespear)- No spamming
Adv Magic (Lightning Rod) - Banned

Alchemy:
Life Drain- Banned.
Frozen Blast/ Frozen Blast Elemental Wave- Banned
Hydra- Banned.
Shock/Shock Elemental Wave- Once
Heatbuster- Only Heatbuster (No Heatbuster Elemental wave)
Watercannon- No more than three shots, 1 minute cooldown.
Flameburst- Try not to spam.

Music:
Dischord- Banned.

Puppetry: Banned.

Dual Gun: Do not spam more than 3 shots, 30 second Cooldown.
