Brief history of Ilion(Troy): Best known as a setting for the trojan wars between Mecenae and the greek city states vs Troy and their allies (dardanos, thraki, lesbos, the hittites). City founded over 1500 years b.c. Became an economic and military power house in Western Turkey and a bastion of the Hittite Empire western turkey against greek seafaring aggresion. Became known for its army especially the Trojan Horse (irony) and its allied naval superiority over much of the aegean sea. Highly organized and one of the richest most powerful cities ever seen in the Early greek world. City eventually sacked and destroyed after the fall of troy resulted in the death of the royal family including Priam and his 13 remaining legitimate sons, those already dead being, Hektor, Aeneas, Paris, Dionesthes.

Now onto PW. We are a highly organized persistent world faction on PW US East, we focus on a booming economy centred around smithing and hopefully horsebreeding as soon as I can figure out how to effectively do it.

Rules:
Taxation permitted only on lands controlled by us, never inside commoner town.
500 gold limit for peasant commoners, 1500 for heavily armored commoners.
Find usefel ways to use your time, avoid trolling.
Join the faction regularly if your a member. (note, not required to join everytime someone starts up the faction)
Most importantly do not make the faction look bad.

If your in this group you have permission to make the faction whenever you wish, but if you do it must be turned over to a higher ranking member if they come online.

John and Queen_of_Troy, Nobles, hold castles and help manage faction affairs in game

Recruit new members for the group and help lead attacks in game.

I'm quitting this community due to an incident where Peasant have THE worst argument ever for not letting me become admin.

Appearntly in his opinion I broke an unwritten rule once, I was informed that I was allowed to spawn items to a certain degree for roleplay purpose, I spawned some horses for some players and appearntly afterwards he whines about that I broke an unwritten rule.
Fact is Peasant, you're a b*tch and a horrible adminstrator for punishing someone by an unwritten rule! - Liberty of speech allows me to write this.

So the factions taking a bit of a break this last week but I have 9 days off work starting on the 16th. Those 9 days should be enough to cement us in the server once more. And if not we will take a recess from running the group and wait for a new map.

Another faction of mine is Domain of the Blood Empire which I lead as Blood Lord Sven Oneyed so if you see it your welcome to join with us in game. It tends to be a bit less organized and bloody than troy but still fun.
