DotA for people of all gender identities!

Dota 2 is an incredibly social and team-based game where communication is vital for success, but communicating and socialising are hard tasks with people who won't use the correct pronouns!

This group is for anyone who identifies as anything other than cisgendered, whether that be MtF, FtM, non-binary, fluid, bi-gendered, multi-gendered, no gender, or whatever else, and who want to play DotA with like-minded people. Feel free to join if you want some people to talk to and to play with who will be understanding and supportive of your identity.

Your skill level in DotA doesn't matter all that much - feel free to join even if you are totally new, and some of the more experienced members will help you to learn how to play in a trans-friendly environment. We can play seriously with you, or we can just mess around a bit and have some fun, as long as we are respecting the DotA community.

Abuse, harrasment, flaming, and cruelty of any kind will be met with zero tolerance. Again, this should be obvious, and hopefully will not be a problem at all.

"Correct" is whatever that person wants. All identity is self-identity! Please don't be afraid to request any pronoun set you'd like at any time.

Saying things like "You sound like a boy" or "You sound like a girl" could potentially upset people. Watch what you say until you know somebody better!

This means no nudity, and sexual conversation is to be kept to an absolute minimum; the occasional joke or flirt is fine, but nothing explicit.

While everyone likes to have more fun than play seriously every now and again, we can't go around breaking the in-game rules for our enjoyment. No intentional feeding or ability abuse, please.
