The sole Touhou fangroup based in the Philippines where you have both rights and freedom. We promote familial, fraternal relationships between members. It's up to the member him/herself to immerse his/herself to the community.

Division members are to treat each other as close friends. As such, do not be offended by anything here that may be demeaning to you. As close friends, "kantyawan ang lambingan" (lit. Teasing is bonding). Remember; now that you're a member of the group, you are now also a member of the family. So feel free to let loose, and familiarize yourself with everyone.
