Thoughtless Gaming

Hello members of Thoughtless Gaming,

This is an informational announcement regarding the status of the community. No, we are not dead nor are we going to shut down. I have been busy spending time with my wife, ModeTrue, as well as prepping for my college courses and trying to find a job. Development of the community will resume promptly, however, I cannot guarantee that everything will be finished right away. I can guarantee, however, that the community will be running smoothly and the servers will be setup and optimized as much as I am able to. I know it may seem that I am taking my time and not doing much, which is true, I have been focusing my priorities elsewhere as our personal lives should take precedence over our gaming lives, but I will be fixing and polishing this community.

I will not tolerate, however, community managers doing nothing and expecting me to do everything on my own; if I promote someone to a rank, they have it for a reason, if you have access to files I am expecting them to do their fair share. If they don't know something right away, that's okay, I expect them to learn. I will not simply allow my staff to tell me how to do my job and expecting me to do it in their time, I wish to enunciate the fact that this is MY community, work will be put into as I find it available and fitting.
