When we have prac/official/training and we know the time in advance it is your responsibility to come in time and to be ready to play! If you know that there is a game at 8 PM. for example, you should eat in advance, not to eat during the game. You should warm up in advance not to warm up when everyone is waiting. And you should get enough sleep. If you know that there is a game tomorrow you shouldn't playing games till the morning! Be responosible and respect your teammates who do it all in advance and waiting others to sleep/eat etc.
