The Noble Westerian Tier

Rules:
-Only claim lands you can hold
-One main castle town/city when you start
-You CAN make up you own house name
-Post an announcement when you start and tell an admin what lands you claim
-Start out with wooden walls and small village for your city. You can upgrade it and build new buildings
-Research tech/alchemy no later past midieval era
-Must wait 3 RL days after a nation starts before you declare war on them.
-Use marraige to make alliances


:::::::Income Rules:::::::
-Each Province (Castle/City plus adjacent lands) generates 5000 dragons per week, if looted if will imediately give you 2000 and will generate 1000 per week for one month.
-Each Family starts with 25000 dragons
-Trade generates 5000 if bordering, 2000 if not.A nation can block trade routes that go throught the nation's land
-The Upgrades on the Province that can affect income are:
Farming-600 per level max of 3 levels
Mining-1000 per level max of 3 levels
Town-400 per level max of 6 levels
Note: Town upgrades include markets, shops etc.. yuo can still build after is full but you won't receive income.
