Bringing back decent TF2 pubbing.

The proposed whitelist server will ban weapons that were introduced after the Engineer Update (July 8th, 2010), with the aim in mind to provide the style of TF2 pub play that many feel has been lost under the weight of lasers.

Beyond the ban on certain items and weapons, other features of the server will be:

- RTV.
- Hats will be allowed.
- Active admins.
- No random crits.
- Ubertalk (if possible).
- Custom maps.

Overall, the goal of the server is to return to the not-too-old style of pub TF2 that has been sorely lacking.

There will be a survey posted to gauge interest and determine some features.

There will be on-going discussion about weapon selection and map selection.
