If people can't play TF2 for their bloody selves, why should we pick up the slack? This group is dedicated to being deliberately useless to show them just how annoying they are. If they don't realize, at least we have fun doing it.

And we need more civilians.
SOLDIER, DEMO, SNIPER: Use the "Remember active weapon between lives" to bring up a weapon that can't be held.
ENGINEER: Type 'build 3' in console, use an action slot taunt and type 'build 3' before the taunt ends.
SPY: Bring out the sapper and use an action slot taunt, and type "Build 3 0" before the taunt ends.
