Happy New Years to all!

I hope you all had a great holiday season and happy New Year!

I will be back in full force next week starting 1/9. The stream will resume a 5 day a week schedule. I can't wait! See you soon!

Ok... sadly the indoor swimming pool lasted all the way up till my family has gotten in town for the hollidays. I'm gonna do my best to get a few streams in before the year is over but they will be improtu at best.

As it stands, I'll be resuming a full weekly schedule starting Mon. Jan 9th. (may be able to start the week before, but the 9th for sure).

So sorry for all of this down time... These last weeks of December were always gonna go down for the hollidays... the previous 5 weeks of hell were not planned :(
