The Rad Squad

The Rad Squad is a group of people who're simply rad! We take on anything with fearsome enthusiasm and unmatched determination (perhaps too much), and so, the only thing that we're afraid of is ourselves. If you see us in-game, better run for your life or prepare for a fight.

We value sportsmanship over anything else, because a fair match is a fun match. If you're the kind who spawnkills or snipes from 20 kilometres away, the Rad Squad will make sure your life becomes a neverending series of PERFECTLY BEARABLE GUILT, a BARELY INESCAPABLE HELL of PERMANENT SLIGHT DISCOMFORT, at least until you man up and realise other players' fun is just as important as yours.

The Rad Squad isn't a clan, it's just just a group of friends who like kicking ass and getting their asses kicked (all in good measure). Although we originated in Bad Company 2, we play other games together as well.

Every member of the Rad Squad needs their very own cheesy comic caracter-esque nickname/alter ego. The current list is as follows.

Sliipperi -> Spändex Sneaker
Kurrus -> El Guerrillero (previously known as Shock Doc)
PromoStarr -> Gee Man (previously known as Aimbot Pro)
Boff -> Ginger Ninja

Meet Gee Man!

Gee Man was once a scientist working on a quantum device to manipulate matter through space and time, but after a horrible accident involving a coffee machine and some dark matter, he is now... Gee Man! Due to severe muscle and nerve damage caused by the accident, Gee Man, can no longer aim any automatic weapon without spazing out uncontrollably. He can however manipulate vehicles of any sort with extensive ease, making him an adept pilot for any situation.

Also as a by-product of the accident he can no longer die, but he will respawn somewhere within a given area of his death. This process normally doesnt take more than 20 seconds. This has also caused his arch enemy to be... himself! Since he cant aim any automatic weapon and grenades often bounce off walls back at him. His wounds in battle are almost all self-inflicted.

His signature move is saying "Awww Gee, Man..." instantly annoying everyone in his team and the opposing team, reducing overall morale in battle by OVAR 9000 %

He likes long walks along the beach during twilight, and is looking for a man with a "nice hairy chest" he also loves cheese and... oh wait.. wrong site...

Meet El Guerrillero

Hauling from an indeterminate, arid region of southern Spain, El Guerrillero honoured his family's long military affiliation by learning to fire automatic firearms at 5 years of age. An also indeterminate amount of time later, for rather sanguinary (and indeterminate) reasons involving a cat, a WWII era bayonet and a shopping cart, El Guerrillero was forced to leave his homeland when he found out he was to be sentenced to being locked up in a mental institution for the rest of his life. After unsuccessfully attempting to become a lawyer, a foundry worker, a marine biologist, a swordswallower and an illegal gravedigger, he decided to put his bellicose attitude to use by forming the Rad Squad with Spändex Sneaker.

In the fray, El Guerrillero favors and uses almost exclusively a very unpredictable and reckless set of guerrilla tactics, which are highly lethal for both the enemy and himself. His utter disregard for his own safety and fixation on causing pain makes him a fearsome ally, reminiscent of the berserkers of old Norse mythology, and an extremely frightening enemy (about which bedtime horror stories are told to children). Also not unlike berserkers, a sufficiently frustrating or intense fight causes him to finally snap, something he acknowledges as "battlefury"; a temporal trance-like state of mind in which he's only able to feel absolute rage, and which makes his normally deliberate, drowsy motions turn into lightning fast, anger-filled movements and greatly improves his reflexes and speed.

El Guerrillero doesn't favor any particular type of weapon, so he's relatively skilled at any range. However, due to the nature of his guerrilla tactics (especially ambushing), he usually finds himself taking the fight up close and personal against the enemy. His unstable mind makes him absolutely loathe snipers of any kind, whom he holds no respect for and will try to humilliate in some way whenever possible.
