Hello everyone, its been a while.

So at the moment I am currently an admin for the server we're playing on.
For those of you who don't know, Volksgrenaider renamed the server, The server is now called IRON CROSS [all caps]

We're set up sitting at 3188 South and 9132 West

Yes thats a big stretch of land to cross but thankfully as admin I can teleport you guys there, most of the time anyway.
The CBSM that I use is a little buggy and the functions arn't always working.

In anycase let me bring you to speed on Alpha 13 if you haven't already played it.

In Alpha 13 there is a very long and gradual leveling up process.
Your level is no longer a factor in what quality tools and armour you craft.
Everything has its own individual skill tree and the list is very excessive
We've got things such as:

Misc crafting
Weapon Smithing
Gun Smithing
Athletics [punching]
Blunt weapons
Blade Weapons
Pistols
Shotguns
Tailoring [clothes]
Leather
Mineing
Tool Crafting [extremely important]
Heavy Armour
Light armour
Scavenging and a few others I've missed.

But lets just say, this game is now in the long run.
As these skills increase overtime you'll be granted your actual level.
I think getting 4-8 skill points will increase your overall level which doesn't actually do anything as far as I can see.
However when your overall level goes up you're awarded more points to spend to upgrade your skills.
Just a heads up, I encourage you to inveset those points in skills that arn't simply earned.

For example I would spend points on armour skills because the only way to level up those skills is to craft the armour [absurd amounts] or take damage while wearing that armour type, which is not a preferable thing to do xD



Now, Raiding is an interesting feature now.
It seems that the minimal damage you can do to blocks now is 1 and most things you hit with tools [granted they're protected with LCBs] will take 1 damage anyway.
So a lot of people are raiding using only their fists.
In a way it seems like raiding is easier.

That's all I've really got to say for raiding, I just wanted to point out the fisting thing.


As for our base, we've got a pretty large farm atm, not protected really, but we're so far away from other players we're not in too much of a rush to protect the farm atm.

As for our actual home, You guessed it, we're in a cave again xD
But with my admin privledges its an all new experiance for us with new blocks avalible not just ingame, but blocks I can take from the Creative menu.
