welcome to the official steam community group of The Greatest River, the first 24/7 Greatriver server on CSGO. this is NOT xdream, this is Greatriver.

most of you will not know this map unless you played combat-surf in Source, however, it is THE most popular combat-surf map of all time. there used to be MANY greatriver clans and money-prize tournaments for this map. whilst we do not expect to be able to revive the old Greatriver culture entirely, we hope that we can use this legendary map to bring joy to the CSGO surfing community.

the fast-paced action, beginner-friendly nature and extremely high skill cap of the map makes it ideal for both extremely skilled combat-surfers and new combat-surfers alike.

Greatriver is the icon of combat-surf, and has been for 10 years. now, the TGR community is bringing the Greatriver culture to CSGO.

Server still in WIP - will be released very soon.

the 128tick server has been completely optimized to ensure the smoothest surfing experience possible. AWP is only 100% accuracy when you s-drop, and the nova has increased damage and is always 100% accuracy. this is done to imitate the same feeling as in Source. we also use a duck spamming fix plugin, so crouchboosting the river with scrollwheel to get mega speed is possible again despite valve patching it recently.

The Greatest River aims to imitate the griver fix5 feel in CSGO as accurately as possible, with a few extra touches to maintain modern combat-surf standards (autohop).

Zee's Tricksurf

Zee's Tricksurf has been the official Tricksurf community for many many years. As some of you may have heard, Zee's was recently shut down due to updates breaking the custom-coded mod completely. This is because the mod is very difficult to update (does not use Sourcemod, it also has custom-coded dependencies) so the servers were shutdown. Zee has recently completely recoded the mod, and a few of the servers for the more popular maps have been restarted (hosted by exYdos).

Zee's Tricksurf mod registers thousands of tricks on many different maps ranging from very easy to near-impossible difficulties, thanks to the community actively creating cool and unique tricks.

Come play Tricksurf on a server that features:
· Ranking system based off completion and points.
· Record system that supports Speed, Time, Angle (SW, BW, HSW, BWHSW), and Consecutive records.
· Surf-anticheat that detects angle-hacks, strafe-hacks, movement-recorders, etc.
· Optimized advanced surfing settings that accurately imitate movement physics from CSS (on CSGO) to maintain legal Tricksurf settings.
· Flexible teleporting system to allow players to grind tricks that start from any location.
