There is a point system to get a promotion or get demoted.
And when i will sechduhle an event there will be special point system for that Event and prizes!!!!
Point earned by doing good dids,helping someone,killing am inge,rescuing a clan member.helping finanncally the clan and by being the week top player !!
Points needed for promotion :
4 to be Pvt.
8 to be Sgt.
16 to be Lt.
35 to be Cpt.
and to be major you need to prove your self and get picked. and a minimum of 100 points.
