As we all know day one wipes tend to be a massive cluster ♥♥♥♥. There seams to be no plan on start. It seams to a few of us that have been here a while that Wipe day is the most stressful day for our group: Members dieing and getting angry, Hours of farming go to waist, multiple bases being built, low levels of farming for a group of our size and caliber.

As such from this wipe on we will be selecting a sort of leadership that has final say on wipe day. Once a leader is choosen, they have absolute say on where to build and what to build (quary, furn base, or 2x2)

*The leader does not need to be the bulder

The wipe leader must fallow a new wipe policy
1) build mid map so a HQ quary can be made near the starting point
2) the main objective of any member that starts near a position that is mid map is to bag the ENTIRE team that is online.
3) construct any from of base (1x1 works) for dropping farmed mats
