We all know behind its innocent facade of 'peace' Putlet is comprised of the most malovelant mischief and evil intentions. We, The Putins, cannot tolerate the existence of any other tyranny other than which we are responsible for in our domain. Thus, there is but one mode of action available to us, we must engage in warfare with Putlet. We are ruthless and relentless, and we will not refrain until the total and utter destruction of Putlet is achieved.

As a matter of civility and chivalry (or whatever little of it us killing machines possess), we declare, ahead of time, the specifics of our first assault upon the Putlet. We challenge the putlet to a battle on the fields of justice, that are Summoner's Rift, on the 16th of August, the game mode shall be custom and each side may have four champions to represent them.
