Descending from the skies, Ascending to Glory!

If you are reading this then you have made your first steps in the regiment of the 327th Star Corps. You should start by introducing yourself to all of the officers and the commander. There are 3 factors that we focus on in 327th. These are: 1) Coordination 2) Skill 3) Leadership. It is essential that we work as 1 regiment. We don’t rush the enemy head on, instead we use our skill, coordination and leadership to provide support and midline assault. It is important that you know your limits so you can improve.

Coordination: In 327th it is crucial that we have coordination. You must have access to Teamspeak so we can work as 1 regiment. Coordination is the ability to work as a group. Without coordination then 327th will not be as strong as it could be. This is why we must work together to accomplish our goals. You will not find another regiment that tries to stick as one, better than 327th. Your ability to show coordination requires more than putting in comms “327th Regroup” it is about using coordination to create tactics and strategies to complete objectives. It is about being a single force that is able to complete all goals put in its place by working together.

Skill: You may think you know exactly how this will go however skill means more than just the definition on google. Skill is your ability to be good at something, to be able to complete it without failure. And in 327th I expect no less, however this isn’t to say that if you cannot complete something you are bad because we are a regiment. If we fail then we fail as a regiment not as an individual. I don’t want to see any hubris from troopers because they can out-perform to another. As a regiment, we can only be as strong as our weakest trooper. Because of this the word skill in 327th refers to us as a regiment and not as individuals. Thus we train to improve because if we all improve then we show skill as a regiment.

Leadership: Leadership in 327th is about showing your ability to solve problems as a regiment and as an individual. If you know your troopers weaknesses and strengths then you will be the best leader you can be. Even if we fail, at the end of the day you can’t win every battle. It's about the journey not the destination. You can show that you can lead even without directly leading a squad group. You can help other troopers to show leadership or suggest tactics and plans that would benefit the squad.
