Where not even your GPS can tell where you are. Fortunately, the area isn't that big so it's not hard to have a general idea.

First of all, if you can't stand anime, abandon all happiness now and expect the worse.

Second, if you're unable to tell ロ from 水, don't complain, it's your own fault.

Third, having fun isn't required. So there.

Avoid:

＊Being offensive (if you are offended, say so. If you've offended someone, say you're sorry and avoid doing so again)

＊Religious debate (everyone's wrong, hard to say who's right.)

＊Game chat (not too big a deal but we don't care how red team's doing on de_dust, make a shared private chat)

＊Talking too much (others want to respond to your wisdom, shut up for a second then respond back)

＊Being too lewd (kissing, snuggling and at rare times groping are fine so long as it's not spammed)


ＤＯ　ＮＯＴ:

＊Spam (this includes picture art and reapeated links/phrases)

＊Insult an admin (actually if you're dumb enough to ignore the star you deserve to be kicked).

＊Unanounced Sexual/Ugly pictures (if it's nude, say so. If it's made to look awful, we don't want to see it. Give a warning for anything not safe for family viewing)

＊Failure to Know You are Breaking the Rules (admins are allowed keep kicking if you don't seem to learn the first dozen times. Don't make me come in there)

＊Politics (nobody's right, nobody cares , I can't vote in the russian presidential election anyway)


Exeptions:

＊Current events (Syria's revolting? I want to know)

＊Philosophy (as long as you can defend it, you're right.)

＊I didn't know (3 chances to get the rules right. After that, an admin will start kicking each time you break one.)
