Release 2.1.0

This is a smaller release changing and fixing a handful of things:

- Tweak: Max clients connected is by default 6
- Tweak: Max clients connected is read from the database table "map", specifically the column "player_limit".
- Tweak: General clean-up of warnings and errors in the code, as well as updating the syntax to SM 1.11 (like steamtools.inc)
- Fix: new players will now be added the "player" table in the database.

With the blessing of floube (the original author) I've released the full source code to the tower defense plugin on github.

The plugin is in a usable state, however there are a few bugs present (AOE towers are not working).

This plugin requires a pretty extensive setup and has many dependencies that need to be installed before it can function. A basic install guide is on github.

Map source and assets for td_firstone are also uploaded to github.

Found this game mode in a YT video, been addicted to it ever since
Only issue with it is when people lock servers, like dude the community is dying why are you making it less accessible
