The goal is the same as the lottery, but for Team Fortress 2 hats. Players wishing to participate give a metal level 1 (Scrap metal). When all the metals are recovered, the hat can be randomly crafts. Later, also at random, a player is randomly chosen as the winner and gets the hat.

French:
Le principe est le même que celui de la loterie, mais pour les chapeaux de Team Fortress 2. Les joueurs voulant participer donnes 1 metal niveau 1 (une féraille). Lorsque tous les métaux sont récupérés, le chapeau est alors aléatoirement crafté. Après, aléatoirement aussi, l'un des joueur est désigné comme vainqueur et récupère le chapeau.
