A TF2 HAT RAFFLE

That is right, a tf2 hat raffle! All it takes to get a number is one to three scrap metals. For every scrap you pay (up to three) you will get a number from 001 to 100. And on November 30th or when we run out of tickets, we will release the name of the winner of the TF2 Hat Raffle and they will be awarded the prize upon logging into tf2.
