One requirement to be admin is that I need to have you on my friends list so I can PM you. So I'll be starting with those in my friends list currently.

Ad far as admins. I believe I will be assigning the admin duty to the highest performers every so often. (It will be random at first.) Everyone should eventually get the opportunity to be admin and do what they so choose.
