The goal of this manual is to display what organization, strategies, and behavior we use during operations. We use elements from various armed forces around the globe to enhance the gaming experience. We do consider ourselves to be a serious MilSim unit. Elements we use from most armed forces have been altered due to scale. Real life operations require a lot of planning, preparation and training before even a single shot is fired towards an enemy. We filtered out which we deemed to be spoiling the overall experience.

We expect from every member in the unit to follow orders, to follow the RoE, to treat each other with respect, and to contribute to a great experience.
