Defending

Spy should cloak behind the enemy lines, and report back information that is useful to us - and focus down the sniper. Getting behind him, and amby-ing him twice will kill him.
And Pyro, stay with Med as much as possible, for the love of god.

Holding A
We give up A, and defend B. Unless scout wants to go delay cap, up to you.

Holding C
This bit involves a bit of croud control, and everyone needs to contribute.
Engi will be wrangling a sentry ontop of this ledge. Genius spot, it can shut down most exits, but will need the help of others to do so.

Now with attacking
Assuming they're not going to attempt an iron hold, we will send Engi, Demo, Scout, and Sniper to A. Demo should be running Paintrain for that x2 cap speed.

On B, we'll be using our combo to wipe them out, as long as the pyro is with the med. Once A is capped, we rotate to B, and get a solid capture rate on the point, making sure they'll back off to C. Sniper and spy should roam, getting picks, and reporting back any useful information to the team.

Once we go to C, we'll see what defense their using, and reset to a safe point to prepare for a solid push.
