There is a scoring system, which lets you get promoted if you have enough points, so watch the event, and read them for info. So this is a thing. I don't know why Valve chose to do this broadcast thing, but whatever.

I changed my name, because SuperDude was getting really old. That, and I started making music a while back, so why not get into the media a bit more?

I already started a little broadcast (which is not active yet, so check the comment area on that event) with VideoLiveGamer, but we are waiting for one more guy. And his name is VoldeNeko777. Who is an old buddy of Video. So have some patience, and check out the event for when its actually gonna start. And maybe it will start tomorrow. Who knows. All I know is: It's gonna start soon.
