Storm is an unreleased game currently in development by Overkill Software and Starbreeze Studios

Overkill is a small studio in Stockholm, Sweden. They have made such games as Payday: The Heist and they are currently in the making of the sequel Payday: the Heist 2

Starbreeze is a game development company. They have developed such games as Darkness, Payday: The Heist, and Syndicate.
