Beware of the Creeper..

A voyage to the middle of the earth to find the rarest of items-- diamonds, gold, and Lapis Lazuli-- and adventure, our parties of excited travelers will explore the wonders and mysteries of Minecraft!

Here's a heads-up before our journey begin: The journey will most likely be long. Your tools may be worn out before the end, and monsters will most likely roam around the corner and say "WHAT A NICE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE THERE." As a frequent Minecraft player, I advise you to bring the following--

1.) Pick axes x5

Mentioned earlier, your items will be injured and will disappear. Be prepared. Bringing Pick axes or the supplies needed to make the pick axes will benefit you as a miner and adventurer.

2.) Foods

Zombies, Spiders, Creepers, and Skeletons are found in the darkest depths of nighttime and caves. These cruel monsters can and will hurt you when close enough. Foods will heal your hearts and keep you alive when journeying to the farthest corners of the map.

3.) Armor

Armor prevents damage being inflicted onto your character. As you roam, armor will reduce the fall damage you may take, or perhaps a blow from a monster. It is advised to make iron armor if you can.

4.) Wood/Sticks

Wood makes crafting tables, sticks, torches, and other necessary items for your voyage needs. Bringing them along will make life all around easier.

5.) Torches / Coal

Torches illuminate your way and prevent monsters from spawning on well light blocks. Torches can be made out of coal, and coal can smelt iron into ingots for crafting needs.

Bringing other weapons, e.i. Spades or Shovels, Axes, and Swords are also advised. Other than Shovels, you do not have to bring the other materials. If you want to, feel free to!

Those are the basic tools. Here are some others you may bring along for kicks:

1.) Cobble Stone
2.) Portable Crafting Tables
3.) Portable Furnaces
4.) Buckets
5.) Lighters [Do not cause forest fires!]
6.) Full entire inventories of food. [Including your hot bar.]
