I just downloaded the game and everything that involves text or moving textures is instead a large pink box. I have restarted my computer, verified cach, redownload, updated computer and nothing. I have seen many other people with this glitch and im not sure why this has not been noticed by the higher ups. Im not sure what to do but I know for a fact my computer can handle this no problem.

This tells you that the community is THAT kind of strange.
Sometimes I just wonder why I buy an online-only game.
Every time I think "online", I think either "leaderboard hackers" or Brazilians...
in which one or the other is usually true. It's some cliché in gaming these days.
...
Then there's the people in general: the strange, the dark... to Kyle himself; the lonesome developer. I would rather spend sessions with Kyle and just chat in general, while playing games, then have to deal with the trolls and the like of the rest of the "players".
...
Anyway, I'll be in the Solo GTA Online sessions...
