"Spell Attic" is an inclusive group. The joke comes from a match of the popular online FPS game "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive." In it, a player by the name of "Mike" (occasionaly under the alias of "green") told another player, Daddy Eng (present name "spell cupp say yay") to "spell attic." Unknowingly, he spelled it -- a-t-t-i-c. This, for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that don't get it right away (looking at you vaish), translates to a representation of the phrase "A titty I saw." Thus, the joke flew rampant and new puns were increasingly created and discovered. Eventually, the group "spell attic" was formed.
