the group of spectre is to infiltrate and try to get high ranking spots in Military groups all over steam, when I target is found, I'll link it in announcments.

ranks:

informant: you spy on and report findings from other groups
Operative: you go into servers and take out targets, working in tandom with informants
leader: You set up bases in enemy servers, and debreif all of lower ranks under your employ.
