SEAL TEAM 3 (or ST3) is supported by Carrier Air Wing 7

We are capable of responding to threats or crises anywhere in the world within twenty-four hours!

We train and/or do mini mission nightly with our main FTX and Operations
on Sundays at 2000 EST (flexible).

This Thursday there will be a mandatory leadership training at 2100 Eastern (9pm)! If you are an NCO(And above) and have not received this training or you are commanding an element such as a Fireteam, LAR, or EOD you must attend!

If you cannot attend this training please inform 1stLt Nunley via Teamspeak, poke him or send him a message. This is an important training and are expected to be there!



On Friday at 2000(8pm) eastern there will be training hosted by LCpl Newman, this is a MANDATORY training! If you cannot make it please inform 1stLt Alenori on teampseak or pm him on the website. The training will be convoy related.

There will also be a remedial training lead by HM2 Trio and 2ndLt Timmons at the same time ON SATURDAY.



If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please use your Chain of Command. If you do not use your Chain of Command, I will not answer your question!!

Members are strongly urged to attend at least ONE training session on Tuesday and/or Thursday as well as the Operation/FTX on Sunday.


Sunday - Operation/FTX Briefing at 1930hrs (EST) Mission start 2000hrs (EST)

Monday - OFF DAY

Tuesday - Squad/Fireteam/Detachment Training at 1930hrs (EST)

Wednesday - Random Game Day

Thursday - Squad/Fireteam/Detachment Training at 1930hrs (EST)

Friday - SP-MAGTF CR Unit Joint training

Saturday - Make-up training / Fun Op
