Hey there,

for the past week or so, I've been working on a write-up mainly focused on Gold teams. I've taken the interview approach, as it allows to put the spotlight on THEIR answers. As to appeal to a broader audience, I also got the chance to talk with UGC Head Admin & HL General Manager snowblindfrog. He's an extremely busy man and this interview is currently in the works.
