Hey guys, so multiple of you have messaged me lately and I can see why. First of all I want to say sorry. Yeah ik i can be a bit of a hypocrite sometimes and i tilt a lot. In the heat of the momemt it is always easier to blame others and I also make alot of these mistakes. Sorry.

Second of all, I've watched some of our demos (both losses and wins) and tbh we are really bad. Now hear me out, in games where we lose, yes tilt plays a big role and we REALLY need to work on that. But on t-side we split up way more than we need. One game i called we should go 2 B 3 Mid. We all ended up going mid (tbf Apple wasnt there) , thats fine in it of itself. But when we reach short, we have 1 facing connecter (I understand why) and two of us go into ladder room and 2 go short. Now, going into ladder is borderline stupid. I can see why one player would go in there to hold for a flank but 2 players is overracting. The 2 guys ladder die because of the 3 rotators that are now going to B and we die short as we try to entry B as a 2v2. This is just one example, remember. Instead lets try to stick toghther and coodinate.

Another problem is... we are really impatient. In a 2v1 (as Ct's and we have the advantage) we sit 1 A and 1 B, however B guy gets bored and decides to go short and the T obviously plants B. Also peeking in a 4v2 is just plaint stupid when youre around an uncommon corner. I see multiple times where we sit apps waiting for the last guy in a 3v1 and we end up peeking to see if hes coming. Instead, stay in the corner and wait for him. As a Ct, time is on your side, he HAS to push you or else he loses. Stop trying to force the issue and wait. Also if we are in a 4v3 and we are Ct's DONT LEAVE THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SITE. Dont care if mid is open, let them come from there. Yes you can have one guy passivly holding short occasionally. But please again stay patient if we have 2 guys A and one leaves to check mid, A guy is suddenly alone. If you die mid you give the advantage straight back. IT IS ALWAYS EASIER TO PLAY EVEN NUMBERS AS A T. Playing from even numbers is always harder as a CT, as you cant really make anything happen and if they straight up rush you down (assuming youre holding the site alone. 1 A, 1 B, 1 Mid) youre dead. Afterplants are also a mess. I wanna try to foucus on holding crossfires and timing our peeks. Just simple stuff like: "Lets peek now toghther" can easliy win and afterplant.

Also (and yes this is my fault) we do WAYY too complicated things, especially for MM. Couple of smokes and flashes and that is it really. Yeah half-decent coodination obviously hepls aswell. Again we just need to hit the shots and we can easlily win. I know you guys have family stuff and so do I. But i would like us to be more consistent in how much we play. The more we play (5-mans) the better we'll get.

This is not to bash ANYONE. I still believe in this team. Im just pointing out some things we could do better. I am willing to continue if you guys are. I dont know, some of you might find me more annyoing after reading this. I am really trying to get this to work.
