Furthermore the team centered around modern legends like "Captain Karacho", "Sênor Timeout", "Rage Walter", "Solo majestic", "Rageshotty Lukir", "Calm Fitzi" and "Frustrated Danir" is known for fairplay, professionalism and has won manner- and fairplay-awards on several occasions. The newest signing for the team, going by the name of XxSemperxX is an allround talent, consistently showing off genius plays and adapting quickly to new circumstances. He is one of the very few professional Counter-Strike players who have mastered the game using a steering wheel instead of a mouse. Off the servers all members work on promoting the team, use Tai-Chi, Yoga and relief techniques to further enhance their skillset.

The recruiting process is said to be extremely tough, with only 0.0001% of the candidates making it into the team, although not much about the recruitment process was revealed.
