or more importantly, why can I download the mod now? I downloaded it back in 2010, and now I wanna play it again, but I cannot find Redux Version 8 anywhere. (the links on the site is DEAD)

SMOD Redux 10 Version 2 works just fine, the mod still works just fine with Half Life 2, also works with the majority of weapon/texture mods for Half Life 2. I downloaded a week ago, been messing around ever since.

Aw crap, the new steampipe won't work with SMOD. Anyone know of a cure?

When i download it it says its missing maps. the only ones it isn't missing is the Prison maps. How do i fix this?

Try loading the map through console, that worked for me back in the day.

No such luck. I wish I could reverse the steampipe thing, that would solve everything. Thanks for the info though.
