Space Marine Augmented Mod Steam Group

Space Marine Augmented v2 is a heavy-WIP global multiplayer standalone modification for Space Marine game, which aims to reproduce original Space Marine Augmented mod for Space Marine game in a new, greatly improved form.

While this mod is essentially a standalone one, it still requires owning Space Marine game in Steam in order to be played.

Further updates will bring even deeper customization and long-awaited classic gameplay.

SMA v2 Update 0.3 Brings Simple Gameplay

Merry Christmas everyone!

Today SMA got updated to version 0.3, which brings first gameplay to the mod. It includes:

- Hab 1 map with basic gameplay added
- Available weapons: Bolt Pistol + Combat Knife + Bolter
- Available enemies: Ork Boy + Ork Shoota
- Simple Endless mode mechanics
- Simple VFX, SFX
- Simple shooting mechanics
- Simple melee mechanics with stun attacks and reactions

Also rendering pipeline has been downgraded for older software support. Shader model 6.5 should be required instead of 6.6 now.

Many changes in the Hub and the Customizer:

- Lighting system changed due to rendering pipeline downgrade
- Clone armor set button added
- FOV and camera changes
- Marine pose in customizer updated
- Shoulder pads patterns split into: Mk7, Mk6, CSM Mk6 based on the plate slot
- New armor pieces: White Scars set, Curadh shoulder pads, Iron Halo, Deimos waist, Mk2 pieces, Skull visor, etc
- Different existing pieces improvements
- Different badges tweaks and additions

P.S. this update can be considered as early access, many stuff yet to polish, but core is there
