1: A few COs have been acting (I won't use inapproproately as that gives the wrong message but you get my point) around new players. This gives off a bad first impression so if you're gonna mess around keep it in bunks but no RDMing and that stuff.
2: Some Regiments need more people so get on that.
3: I would suggest getting a steam group for your regiments so you can post announcements and schedule training. This also allows you to monitor members who need monitoring.
4: Keep your activity high and to increase your troops activity make sure you're hosting training often and doing SIMs that kinda thing. Also, don't be promoting the same person more than once a day. You don't want people only joining for promotions.

(Since it was asked, all COs have arrest and unarrest batons to keep your troops and CTs in check. If you need to use them but if possible call CG)
