If you’re planning to make an edit of boxxy's cabin_outbreak_b6 map, but are unable to make contact with them, be sure to credit them for their work. Also, be aware that b6 had a lot of issues with optimization and crashes back in ZPS 2.4, so you’ll need to fix those as well.
Alternatively, you may use my edited version of boxxy’s map, zpo_cabin_outbreak_bfr_v4, which fixes some crashes and optimization issues to make it less buggy. It was updated for ZPS 3.0/3.1 in mind, so there will be less stuff to fix/update. You can find the .vmf file and their associated map resources (such as textures and models) here: https://github.com/Silenci0/ZPSMapRepo If you do use that version, just read over the readme file on the github and credit boxxy and myself as the previous authors, please. Other than that, go nuts!
I released all the .vmf files for the maps since I'm not really working on ZPS anymore and I wanted to make sure they carried on. All of the map files and their associated assets are there and I have a wiki page on that github for the maps as well as links to resources and other such things. Also, keep in mind all of the .vmf files were updated for ZPS 3.1, but you can easily change some things back for 3.0.9 OR you can decompile the version you are planning on working with. Either way, its all there!
Feel free to edit the map(s) you want to your hearts content! All that I ask is that you read the repo's readme and please, at bare minimum, credit the authors/contributors who worked on the map in question. Feel free to add me if you have questions or other such things!
