Ah, so. It seems Bill didn't even have the courtesy to save my previous text that filled this space...

This is a place of giveaways. I'm sure all of you guys have gotten the idea, as its been going on for a little while now!

There are three main types of giveaways:
1) Saturdays - I'll create a giveaway every Sat that will last to the following Saturday, on a cycle. The games are strictly "good" games.
2) Pick-a-Mix - A "every once in a while" poll where you guys choose what "good" indie game gets given away. This replaces the "Guess the Giveaway" event, and will last for around a week or so.
3) Groupee's Giveaways - where you kind hearted dog loving souls give stuff away to the group!
4) Special Events - Christmas, Halloween, Summer etc

The main rule is to not enter giveaways to games you won't really play. I understand backlogs, but just make sure you actually play them "one day", meaning ya know, as soon as you can.

Also, be a good person! Don't troll and steal and pass on won games! Because I will slay you with my almightly spear made from the claws of Bill!

And... I present the horrific and slightly startling Halloween event for the group!

There is a ton of stuff to get your teeth into, and here is a compendium named "Book of the Dead" to list it all out for you! Watch out for that left hand of yours, though - it may or may not get possessed.

The Cursed Chatty Thursday

Event is above, and a chance to unlock another giveaway depends on how many turn up.. If Bill sees the human sacrifice (of your time) worthy, he'll be unlocking said giveaway. So, lets hope Bill is a happy fella on this day!

Pumpkin Slashing & Costume Outings
A little info on this can be found in the giveaway discussion - but, to put it simply, three (one down, two more to go!) group members must post their carved pumpkins or halloween outfits that are ready for Halloween to unlock another giveaway! Ooh. I can confirm that pumpkins are present in the game you'll unlock!
The judge (Bill) will also decide which is the best - and the winner will be crowned Player of the Week (wow, what a reward)! Post your submission at the giveaway discussion!

Know Your (Horror) Movie

And, a quiz that'll be linked here when done will be popping up for you guys to tackle. All you have to do is answer the questions and in the end you'll recieve a link to the private giveaway where all the other movie buffs end up. That's right - another game up for grabs by solving this challenge!

1) Based on a popular video game franchise, and the sequel to such was recently released.
2) Is currently being remade, and the producer of the remake is the main star of the original trilogy, that ended in darkness...
3) This character will invade your bad dreams!
4) This film has a more scrawny Thor included.

State of the Faith - 13/10/12

Boo!
Due to my current financial status, there won't be a giveaway this week (after to the moon) - or perhaps for a little while. Unfortunately, I've left my job for personal reasons, and have yet to have found a new one. The group will continue to function as normal, however, with Chatty Thursdays and Game Nights for all!

I will try my utmost to get you guys something whenever I can, but I can't promise anything at the moment.

Sorry, guys, and thanks for the understanding.

On top of that, I' am rolling out quite a few changes to the group, and there still is a big announcement to come in the following weeks - a project I've been working on is gaining momentum to launch, and you fellows will be the first to test the waters.

Group Changes
There is a severe case of inactivity going around for a lot of members of the group, and well, it would be great if that could change. I know Chatty Thursdays are not within some of you guys reach (timezones and whatnot) so I'm not asking for much - just blatant attempts at being active in the group.
Before going ahead and making any changes, if you want to stay in the group, then post a comment below. I think, while a little extreme, this'll keep the people that actually follow the group in, and the leechers or people that have forgotten their membership, out.
Don't fret, though, I'll be making a couple of events as a reminder to read and post below, so there will be no way to just 'miss' this announcement.
As members phase out, I'll be waiting for a while to recruit more (until I can start giving away probably again).

Announcement
I'm not revealing anything, scum! Just you wait, though. Bill is literally wetting (and pooping) in excitement. He even gave up a date with both Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel (he'll get mixed up) just to stare at the... thing.

Hey guys! We really need to revive this group , it was a blast talking to you every Thursday and meeting some new friends every now and then , so if we could make something that could reunite us it would be amazing , i don't think anyone will read this but if you do , message me and i will give you the keys for all the gamersgate games in the latest indiegala plus a defenders of ardania!
