Yes you can, it doesent really make any sence but I one day wanna make this a "community" where we could do stupid stuff so go ahead, invite your friends, the more the better.

We use Teamspeak3, no! we are not going to use Skype becasue that's a ♥♥♥♥ show.

It is open to everyone and you don't need to ask to "borrow it" to play with a friend, just give him the address.
This is not a link. Copy insanecsgo.teamspeak3.com:5935 goto teamspeak -> go to connections -> connect -> and paste it in the little box where it says "Server Address". No... It's not a password to join it.
