What would SoS cover?

School of speedrunners will cover pretty much all aspects of the game and knowledge that the Teachers (Higher and/or more experienced players who decide to volunteer) can give you about the game such as;

- Manging your boost level and how to gain momentum on the map.
- Different strategies and routes around the official and workshop maps (whatever you choose although some teachers prefer offical to workshop vice versa)
- and many more tips and tricks that will improve your gameplay at speedrunners to make you a better player.

How do I become a Teacher?

Well this is simple. You already can. If you know you're experienced at the game and would like to help newer players get better then you're already set for the job. Just join the group and find a student. After doing so and being active as a part of this you will be classed as an officer for this group which will make it so people can contact you at anytime to request schooling.

What could SoS do/help?

SoS would help to build a nice community of players who could be friends and people to just have fun playing with. (both on speedrunners and just on any game on steam)

It could also help to build new groups and teams and maybe even host special (unofficial) events..

What can and can't be posted here

Yup, this is the worst part. The rules...
The rules are simple, you're allowed to discuss anything SPEEDRUNNERS related in the discussion thread of the group forums like you can for the discussions section of speedrunners via the "community" tab.

You're not allowed to post anything UNRELATED to speedrunners. In doing so would get you a warning and a deleted post. Upon carrying on to break this rule will result in your account being removed from the group.
