Sabanci Holdings members receive a number of benefits, including support, priority in certain instances of first aid, a robust community, and discounts in rents. Additionally, membership provides access into the collective's operated events, parties, clubs and facilities.

Membership requires that you either lack a shop and/or a residence, and state it beforehand, or the sale of a shop and/or a residence to Sabanci Holdings. Membership into the collective, or purchase of a Sabanci property, automatically comes with an agreement to the following contractual guidelines or prescriptions;
Sabanci Holdings managed properties take priority in your property's listings.
All estates purchased by the Sabanci Holdings group are under total ownership and forfeiture to the Sabanci Holdings group.
As part of membership, all unused property slots are forfeited to Sabanci Holdings and dedicated to management by Sabanci Holdings for the duration of one's membership.
Leaving the Sabanci Collective once a pre-established member may lead to financial penalties of Sabanci's choosing, with the maximum penalty being equal to 120% of a renter's property(s) market sale value. Sabanci Holdings, under law, is subject to Corporate Personhood, and as such, declares that any usage of it's name is done in the reference of it as a person. Sabanci Holdings thereby reserves the right to authorize or deny entry into it's premises as a standard resident, including to police officers. Under legal statutes, a single resident may object to a voluntary police search or entry into a property. If a resident does so, local authorities lose the legal right to enter the estate until a search warrant, raid warrant, or forced entry is officially permitted based on reasonable provable submission which declares that a crime is likely ongoing, or that all primary evidence of a crime may disappear in the immediate moment unless either of the former measures are imposed. Leaving the Sabanci Collective may lead to the revocation of rental contracts of any properties owned by Sabanci Holdings. Sabanci Holdings reserves the right to evict a renter from any property owned by Sabanci Holdings for any reason, at any time, carried out alongside a two week notice. Sabanci Holdings reserves the right to revoke any membership regardless of reason, time, or circumstance. Any issues relating to property ownership or the transfer of property is to be resolved through arbitration between a third party entity assigned by Sabanci Holdings, not through members of the server staff, unless chosen otherwise by Sabanci Holdings. Sabanci Holdings estates are not to be used for matters in violation of the Crest Penal Code [CPC 2024]. Sabanci Holdings reserves the right to furnish or adjust the interior of a property as it wishes, including for marketing or commercial purposes.
