This month's forced wipe is upon us, and with it we will be changing maps. Do not fret though, as we are not planning to do an XP/Levels wipe unless Facepunch decides to force it on all servers (currently there is no plan to do so). We understand completely that the issues with the XP update sucked - especially on our server. Trust me - I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hated dealing with the problems. These issues are totally resolved and have been ironed out. We have a few great new things coming tomorrow for our server, as well as a few awesome new game features to make sure players are aware of. So here it is:

Rustomaniacs Updates:

• Deathmatch Arena is Back! (See below for details)
  
• We'll now be randomly selecting two custom radtowns each wipe for the new map
  
• Cans of Beans now spawn 20x per loot drop

• Deathmatch events will open every hour - minimum 3 players for match to start
  
• There is a maximum of 12 players in the deathmatch arena
  
• Crafting is allowed in the arena with gathered resources you collect in the match (armor!)
  
• Reward points are granted and can be exchanged for beans (redeem in town for weapons/gear)
  
• Arena offers four different classes with different gear/weapons to play with

• Satchel Charge is now in-game
  
• Rotate items while placing by pressing 'R'
  
• C4 costs 20% less sulfur
  
• The crafting time for explosives and gunpowder has been reduced by half or moreHalved crafting time for ladder, bed, campfire, ceiling light, cupboard, bow, crossbow
  
• Changed how armor absorbs damage (so clothing and armor correctly add up)
